CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - PART TIME
Location: | Laser Express, 531 Commerce Prkwy. Verona, WI 53593 | |
Reporting Structure: | Reports to the Sales Manager | |
Hours: | 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Monday through Friday | |
Responsibilities: | • Answer phones and forward calls to the appropriate individuals as required | |
• Respond to customer emails as necessary | ||
• Order entry | ||
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally | ||
• Provide exceptional customer service to Laser Express customers | ||
• Special projects as required | ||
• Keep work area organized and clean | ||
• Recognize issues and communicate them to management as necessary | ||
Qualifications: | • Dependable | |
• Detail oriented, accurate | ||
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills | ||
• Be able to lift heavy objects for extended periods of time | ||
• Basic mathematical skills | ||
• Customer focused with the ability to multitask | ||
• Work well with others in a fast-paced environment | ||
• Positive attitude | ||
Education: | • High School graduate or equivalent | |
• Industry experience helpful but not mandatory |
